Clara Peya (piano solo)

The pianist and composer Clara Peya is one of the most original creators in the Spanish musical scene. Along her musical career, she has released seven albums under her name. The last one entitled ‘Oceanes’ is a tribute to women through the water element and it shows a Clara that is no longer a young promise but a consolidate artist that in every album amazes and surprises us with the glow of her energy and her genius.

With the piano as the backbone of his music and with a very careful live performance; ‘Oceanes’ is the first album where she introduces an electronic atmosphere. These songs of a serene beat are far from the festive pop of her previous works, and it allows Peya to open up to intimacy and talk about the women who have inspired her along her creative career.

She’s an hyperactive artist considered one of the more inspiring pianists and composers that has appeared in the spanish musical scene in the recent times. She graduated in classical piano and has completed advanced studies in Jazz and Modern music as well.  Co-founder of the theatre, dance and live music company Les Impuxibles, she has composed the music for multiple pieces of theatre, dance and circus touring throughout Europe and South America.
